      Hi there,

      I’ve just noticed the following difference for Passau on Aug 18th at 2pm lcl:

      • cloud base is reported to be at 10k ft
      • meteogram shows overcast below 3k ft

      The upload function here in the portal doesn’t seem to work right now. Could also provide a screenshot.

      Any ideas where the difference comes from?

      Best
      Alex

        @alex_f
        With a screenshot it would be more clear.
        See a possible explanation

          Hi @alex_f

          Please use the "upload picture function", not the image link button. It might be confusing, sorry.

            @David-Polášek thx for this - on mobile you need to flip the phone in order to have the second button.

            Here’s the screenshot:

              @idefix37 and have just read the linked article. Sounds reasonable with the relative humidity. I guess I have always assumed though that the color coding (shades of grey) was based on the classic depiction in aviation (from few to overcast).

              If it is just relative humidity, then it would actually not depict actual cloud cumulation, right?
