Weather radar bug

![Hi,

I am premium user, but it looks like there is some bug with the weather radar information.
In the area around location 43°23'00.3"N 22°43'46.7"E Windy is displaying constant clouds which are staying there for weeks or maybe more than a month already, not moving anywhere.

Please check this issue, since I am using the weather radar data intensively and I need this service, for which I paid the premium account subscription!

Hi @b-borisov, this data come from Serbian Hydrometeorological Service (see their web here).

This is what it looks like now

We are working on filtering such false data in the future, but it won't be done in the near future.
