The center of the hurricane went directly over the Island, but according to Windy.com, the closest point was 20-40 miles to our west.

The Hurricane tracker in Windy show the predicted tracks of several weather centres.
The National Hurricane Center (NHC) which is responsible for tropical cyclones tracking in North Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico.
The European Center (ECMWF)
The Met Office (UK)
