Nobody helps, why?

I shared my problem in 4 or 5 different places. And I expected help from you. Nobody helps. Why does this place exist? What's this place for if you're not going to help? My problem is obvious, I have talked about this situation many times here. I want a helpful boss.

@idefix37 I even reset my phone. Please do not ask the question again and again. I have mentioned the problem many times, my favorites do not appear, dot weather does not appear, I do not use any McAfee, my location is on, my phone is Android 8.0.0 version. Sometimes the app works, sometimes it doesn't. It's not working at all today.

We are trying to replicate the problem. It would be helpful if you could also share a version of Windy you are using and some screenshots.

@David-Polášek FD I am explaining the problem. Sometimes during the day, when I open the program, favorites or anything does not open. When I turn it back on after 1 or 5 hours, the problem is solved. This situation has been like this for 1 month. It's like this all the time. It changes between layers, but the point weather is not visible. The value of any position does not appear. I close and open the application 6-7 times during the day, but there is no change.
Every time I open the Windy application, I want my favorites to appear, and I want to see the weather, waves, etc. of the selected location. But it doesn't happen like that. I wait for hours every day. When I log in again after an hour, the problem is solved.

@Seyit-Ruaman Hello, we are sorry about issues you have with our app. Unfortunately, we are not able to replicate the issue, even with the same version of Android and Windy. Do you see any errors in the error console of Windy? You can find this tool at the bottom of the menu.
