ICON Wave & Tide is broken or ? It is always far off.

Starting approximately 6 months ago the ICON wave and tide forecast for any location on the east coast of the USA is completely different than the other models : GFS and European model. Wave height in particular is completely inaccurate. If the GFS says it's going to be 2 foot and decreasing for the next 3 days the icon will show that it it is 1 ft and increasing up to 4 ft in the next 3 days.

To exemplify this I attached three screenshots one for the icon one for the European and one for GFS showing the Stark differences between the icon and any other way of model.

I tried on several spots along the East coast. There is not so much discrepancy between ICON and ECMWF / GFS forecasts. In your example ICON predicts 4ft while ECMWF / GFS say 2ft at your location.
