Problems accessing my new premium windy account

Hello Suty,
I recently purchased the Premium version of Windy. However in the las 24 hrs have try multiple times to access the upgraded version in my windy account and nothin happens. I would like to see if your team can sort this out or well get a refund on the payment for the premium subscription.
