Solved AROME 1.3 km will be back
-
Hey guys, we've listened to your feedback and will return AROME 1.3 km to Windy in the next update. At the same time, we will keep AROME 2.5 km, which has a forecast for different flight levels (AROME 1.3 km is surface only).

What has happened to the AROME forecast?

Arome was by far the best model for Sea breeze forecasts!!

Sea breezes occurs in summer and AROME should be back at that time. -

Since 2 days we don't have access to the AROME model over the southwestern half of Spain, the most reliable model for navigation....
-
@Mireille-Rodi Hello, could you please describe what you mean that you do not have access to AROME? The model does not show up on the map?
-
@Korina This is how the map appears.
If you could see the screenshot -
What you show is the domain of AROME 1.3km. It does not cover the South and South West of Spain. If you are out of the map you show, there is no way for you to get forecast from this regional model. That’s not a limitation due to Windy but to AROME boundaries.

@idefix37 Thanks! I understand….
