Premium registration rejected

Dear all, since weeks I try to register for a premium subscription, which did work for my account in the past. But now no chance, my request gets rejected.

My Google plaster and payment settings are all correct. And there is no issue with other apps. So maybe windy app has a bug or your regulations are too conplicated?

Could you please try to pay for your subscription on the Windy.com (https://www.windy.com/subscription) website (not the app)? Make sure you are logged in when you do so.
