Not possible to log in on phone or on laptop

I have just signed up for Windy premium, however when I try to log in on my phone or my laptop it doesn’t acknowledge log in and keeps telling me to subscribe to Premium, even though I already have, already paid and already received receipt.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You probably need to pair your subscription to your account as explained here.

Although it shows that I'm premium at my laptop, doesn't go further than it was before. it doesn't show the forecast for more than 5 days
