No image from webcam URL

Hello,
We have downloaded the URL of our webcam 2 months ago, and it was working well. However, since 10 days, the webcam has disappeared. When we try to add the webcam again, Windy says that there is no image associated to the link. The issue being that we do have an updated image on that link. Could you help us please ?
