Windy WebView usage in Mobile App

I have an idea of a Mobile App.
It have a WebView and a settings page.
In settings page, there is a drop down where I can select multiple weather website to load in webview. In drop down I thought of adding windy url to show in web view based on user selection.

No alterations in site loading & clicking on windy logo goto windy site.
Is it permitted to use in my App and publish it in playstore?
