      Good morning.
      Thanks for the great App. Incredible good.

      Despite having a confirmed email address, and settings very tight, I never received alerts.
      Can you check why?

        Please check your alert settings.
        Do you have multiple parameters enabled, for example wind and temperature and rain?
        This means that all your conditions must be met at the same time to get an alert and this only happens with a very low probability in this case.
