How do I get help ? Since the last update app is not working

since the last update all I get is grey background with no radar info, at the top is a message "no data" this happens on all layers also lines on background making a square grid

So not only with Radar layer. -
@idefix37 yes that's right all layers are grey background with no data except for the satellite layer and its background is black

Same here, as the Android app starts it seems to work but as soon I zoom the image goes grey. It's an Android tablet where the only thing that changed is the windy app latest update. With the previous version never had an issue.
Tried everything, remove and reinstall, graphic compatibility on and off, clean cache, etc.
Please, I need a quick fix because I am sailing and need to check the forecasts -
Same here. Grey grid and it says no data. Also, the app does not recognize me as Premium.

@blackfish-ii @Federico-Gaeta @sctym55 Can you provide more info about the device and version of Windy? Also, do you use any VPN tools?

Hi Suty, the tablet is a Huawei BAH2-L09 and Android is 8.0.0.
Never used a VPN. Windy is the latest version. -
