Congrats for the beautiful weather visualization I always check it before going out for cycling.
Also the base bap that you are using in larger scales is a real beauty. I would like to know more about it. I can see that it uses OSM data plus some shaded relief and contour lines. Very nice combination indeed. I could not find a link to the producer on your page (maybe I missed something), could you share it please?

Thank you! The source of detail base map (zoom levels 12-17) is: mapy.cz ...the best map site in the world :-)

I don't know if it is the best, but definitely the most beautiful that I have ever seen. The other maps on their site are also breathtaking. Where can I find some more information about them in English? Thanks in advance for any further hint.

@aszucs02 I do not know about information site in English. It is mostly regional (czech) service, but maybe you can contact the team or find some info at their facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/Mapy.cz

@aszucs02 The English version (still a bit beta) is available here en.mapy.cz, they have also a Android and iPhone app - those are in Czech

The base map amazes me with it detail. I use it to monitor the weather, but I find the detail unparallelled.

Interested to have the same very good large scale base map (transparent with shaded coastlines) that you guys have produced to add over the satellite data on our real time satellite data maps : https://odl.bzh/4h7yWnLW. Can this layer be shared with us, either the source or the tile pyramid ?
