Hello @Umberto-Piconi, do you use Windy.com, with the red logo, on your iPad? If you do, I would recommend checking your account info in our app on your iPad, to be sure about which email address is used in your account.

I'm using "Log in with google" with both of them -
@Umberto-Piconi I meant the logo of the app, you use. We have certain issues with another app with almost the same name. Many users are confused and downloaded their app instead of ours.
Can you please share any screenshots that could help us to be sure what we exactly need to do? Screenshot of user info on your iPad would be perfect
