My apps not working, how do I get technical support

Apps not working. Can’t see any wind, swell, temp etc and I can’t find anywhere to find tech support? Here’s a screen shot of how it looks and it’s the same for any weather.

I have the same problem, it started after the last update, and I can't get any help
