Don't seem to be getting alert emails

Hi There,
I've set up alerts for several surf spots however I never seem to be getting any emails (despite email verification process being done).
Any thoughts?

Hi,
Did you set several parameters such as wind, rain, temperature in your alert settings ?
Please could show a screenshot of your alert settings.
