Wind gust alarm

There is suggestions about wind gust alarm requested 4-5 years ago. Maybe it is time to include it, that normal wind alarm is not enough when you have a boat attached to the pier and want to know if there's gusting wind coming.

I agree notifications of wind gush would be great we just had 101 knots at matsyker island
