      I would like to request a refund for my annual subscription as I am having issues with my coverage area. I am a helicopter pilot operating in remove locations worldwide, and I am unable to use the service as advertised and as expected.

        Hello @ddavi137 I refunded your payment, since you still have a right to get the payment back. Also I am interested in the reason and detailed info why you decided this way.
