Connected my ecowitt PWS to weather.com using the weather underground protocol and custom script.
The station is set to report every 5 minutes. I have verified the calls go through OK, the weather.com app itself says “latest observation ”, visually everything matches and looks as if the data is refreshed every 5 minutes.
However I see also “Reporting time 84 min” and “avg. delay 42 min”. What’s that and why is it so high?
My station has been sending data to windy.com for 48h so far.

@Georgi-Danov HI, can you send more details about the station, so we can check that on our end?

          Hi,
          the combo is WS69 + GW1100
          gateway firmware Version: GW1100A_V2.3.4

The integration is via gateway's weather services/custom/Wunderground protocol. Upload interval 300 seconds.

Due to gateway's tech limitations for URL length, the calls go via reverse proxy that adds the API token, but the rest of the payload is unmodified.

When I check the station data or history in windy, the detail view properly shows "latest observation" timestamp — ranges from "now" to 5m ago.
