Widget Temperature Not Matching Settings

Hi, I noticed in my settings I have temperature set to fahrenheit, however when I place a widget on my home screen, it sets to celsius with no option in widget settings to change. When I tape the widget to open the app, it displays everything in fahrenheit.

Not sure if this is a bug or just a feature that needs to be added.
