How to continue my premium Windy.

I have had premium Windy for 2 years now and use it daily. Recently I was not able to access on my app so I signed up again but now it says I have to pay for premium even though my existing Windy does not end until November. How can I continue using the original Windy that has been great until now?

@Marty-Oldford Hi there, I found your original account, assigned to the Premium, and you have the Premium assigned under msol****d@aol.com. Is it possible that the "s" is a typo?
