Exporting forecast data into spreasheet

Is there a way I could export forecast wind strength, direction and possibly cloud cover/ precipitation into a simple spreadsheet format?

What I am trying to do is create a little widget style spreadsheet that I could enter parameters not suitably for skydiving at our location and a simple traffic light system would tell me whether the forecast for the next few days would make it suitable to skydive or not. It would be used for the whole dropzone so people new to the area would know if the conditions were suitable to jump or not specific to this location
