      Hi,

is there an option to display the meteo charts with the actual position of fronts and their expected position in the coming hours?

I can't find it in the options

      Thanks

This option is not available in Windy because weather models are not able to plot the fronts.

Thanks, but it's a bad thing, I thought that at least with the premium account they would give us a simple page, pdf, jpg, of the situation, not the animated prediction of the front movement, it's not so hard to implement in an app a screenshot, it's very important for the end user to see not only the pressure lines but also the position of the fronts in my opinion.

@musicaldoc If you know of a quality source that provides frontal analysis for the entire globe, I'm sure Windy would be interested.

Computer model analysis just isn't there yet - it still does wonky things and personally I'd rather see no fronts than nonsensical fronts.

I might be biased haha but from what I've seen it's chaos still and most National Weather Centres that do have some sort of computer analysis still have a human being checking it over and adjusting it as necessary.

May be one day, based on AI algorithms weather models could make a big step ahead.
