How to use windy api for my websites?

I am working on a website which shows GEPCO electricity bill online, where GEPCO stands for Gujranwala Electric power company. I am planning to use windy api for my website.

Similarly i have another website for Lahore, Pakistan region which assists consumers of Lahore and nearby areas to check LESCO bill.

I am pleased to announce creating a tool website that we help millions of consumers. I would love to use windy API in this regard. The planned tool helping people of 5 districts to access Lesco online bill.
