      Hello,

      I am unable to access my Premium subscription from both Android Mobile and Desktop. Please help. Its urgent. The payment is expiring only on November 29th 2024.

        Hi,
        Did you try to log out and log in again?
        You should access to Premium as you are identified as Premium user here in the community forum.

          Hello guys,

          This morning I subscribed to your website. I paid with PayPal, but after the login always appeared the banner (saying upgrade to premium). Why? Same in the Android app. Can I use the same subscription?
