Why does Windy frequently not have radar data for Nicaragua?

Hi, I live in Nicaragua and it's rainy season right now, so I really rely on Windy for seeing what is going on. However very often Windy will have no radar data for Nicaragua.
Do you know when things are broken or do you rely on people to report it? I guess if you know it's broken and are working on it, I don't want to bother you. But, if you need people to report problems when it's not working, I'm glad to be the squeaky wheel!

@Allen-Crist Hi, we take this data for Nicaragua from third party source and, unfortunately, we cannot affect outages on their end.

Hi @Allen-Crist, this is the source of our data for Nicaragua. It is currently down.
If You know of any other source of radar data for Nicaragua, feel free to let me know and I will gladly use it (if possible).
