Le notifiche non arrivano

Buon giorno, continuo a non ricevere le notifiche ne sul cellulare ne via mail.
Penso di aver fatto tutto correttamente.
Potete aiutarmi?
Ad esempio oggi sta piovendo molto forte ma non sono stato avvisato.

Volevo inoltre capire quale è l'impostazione corretta per farmi arrivare le notifiche almeno 24 ore prima e cosa si intende con "Per quanto tempo devono prevalere le condizioni per inviare un'allerta?"

The problem is that the Alert system cannot work if several conditions are set at same time. Your setting means that a certain wind speed AND a certain amount of rain AND a certain amount of snow must occur at same time … which is almost impossible.
You should set only one condition for example wind. And at a very close location another Alert for rain, and another one for snow.

It is a workaround to allow several Alerts parameters. Then you can rename them for instance
Location - wind
Location - rain
Location - snow -

Io pensavo che bastasse che si verificasse almeno una di quelle situazioni per avere un avviso e non tutte quelle selezionate.
Quindi se seleziono solo pioggia se dovesse nevicare non vengo avvisato?

Sarebbe utile poter inserire delle scelte in modo che se anche una solo si dovesse verificare arrivi una segnalazione riguardante quella che si è verificata.
In alternativa potrei mettere nei preferiti ad esempio 3 siti molto vicini tra loro ed in ognuno impostare una cosa diversa...
Non mi avete spiegato qual'è l'impostazione corretta per poter essere avvisato almeno 24 o 48 ore prima.

You have not explained to me what is the correct setting to be able to be warned at least 24 or 48 hours in advance.
You can’t set the time to receive an alert. It's usually 2 or 3 days in advance. But it must be said that the weather model may not predict that your conditions will be reached 2 or 3 days in advance, and at the last model update it is possible that the model predicts that your conditions will be reached very soon.
