App no longer determining my location.

Ive been using windy for about a year but now it's stopped getting my location from my phone's GPS. My phone still shows permission is set for the app.

@harbourite Hi, what version of Windy and iOS do you have installed? Do you use any new security tool or VPN?

I'm using Windy version 42.5.3 on Android 15 and I have been experiencing the same issue since this update. I have to press and hold the house icon multiple times before it will show me the forecast at my location. The first few times I am shown the forecast for locations within 250 miles.

@Suty Same for me, since the latest update when I search for a location it brings me several hundreds of km south of the location I entered. Then when I search it for a second time it brings me to the correct location. This bug only appeared after the latest update of the app. I am on iOS using version 42.5.5.

Same problem, but only if the selection is set to Radar+. If weather radar, satellite, wind or something else is set, the error does not occur. The problem has existed since the Radar+ update.
I am using:
Android 14
Windy 43.0.2 -
@frijun That's right it only happens with the Radar+ layer. I had set it as default, now reverting to satellite only!
