Missing webcam

I have a webcam that is only partially active. I can't find it on the windy map, but know it is somehow providing pictures because I find them at this link. https://www.yr.no/nb/andre-varsler/1-100647/Norge/Buskerud/Ringerike/Sperillen

It is at the location of the dropped pin.
