Screens load slowly

Hi all,. I didn't have this issue on the previous version . When scrolling the screen goes grey and blanks out and sometimes it stays grey. I've tried using low bandwidth mode, update webvirw to be sure and have the same result. Any other options?

Are you able to make short video how it behaves?

Where can I send a video. Everything I try to attach says it's too large.
