Web vs App Version

Hallo und guten Tag.
Warum sind die Kosten der App Version höher als die der Web Version???
Das möchte ich gerne wissen, bevor ich ein ABO abschliesse. Und kann ich mich mit einer gekauften Web Premiumversion in der Windy-App anmelden???

I confirm that if you subscribe via FastSpring then you will be Premium user on the web version and in the mobile app too.
