      Dear Windy Team,

I have been using ECMWF AIFS model premium feature) regularly to report weather forecast for a small group of farmers in my country (Malaysia).

The prediction is very accurate if the rain/precipitation is in the afternoon. However, there has been constantly failed to predict rains/showers in the early morning (5am-6am) most of the time, and today the heavy rainfall after 10am.

Another question is that is AIFS available throughout ECMWF when doing the weather forecast, or only available when doing 14 days forecast?

      Many thanks,
      Stanley Woo.

Meteorologists of the ECMWF (European Centre for Medium-range Weather Forecasts) say their AIFS model is still an experimental model.
So don’t be surprised that this model is not accurately predicting a shower in the morning in more than 10 days.

Then I’m not sure to understand what you mean with
