You have a wonderful tool here! Today it is not working, however!
I do not have access to the usual WINDY maps and tools. Some do work (satellite) but the others are 'gray'. Is this the current solar flare issue? 10/3/24I do use an old Mac OS (v.10.13.6) which has been fine until today. I'm stuck with it because it still runs 'Bootcamp' for Windows 10/11 needed to operate an expensive 3D laser scanner (in Windows). Thank you for letting me continue with Mac OS (v.10.13.6). Please consider 'backward compatible' OS versions for basic Windy!
What I could use are 'local' Barograph charts--they are very hard to find in 2024--especially with my outdated OS. I have my own 'brain barometer' (a large arterio-venous malformation (AVM) that is very sensitive to air pressure fluctuations. Your isobar layers are a fantastic help already--'barograph charts' would point out the dips where I am vulnerable to aphasia ~twice a day. I intend to subscribe to WINDY--have faith!

Been using the radar plus since it's inception. Seeing the clouds gives me a broader picture of the storms in the area.
I travel in an rv for 7 month of the year. It's so important to know when the big wind events are so I can hunker down somewhere.
I was not aware of the route planner. Looking forward to seeing it on the app instead of taking notes with a pencil and paper.
The other features are beyond my realm of meteorology but using windy sure has enlightened me.
I check the hurricane updates every day so that I have ample time to get out of their path.
My daughters both have premium on my recommendation. The other weather apps are so commercialized that there's no room for the actual forecast.
Thanks for your efforts and dedication. I hope you can make a buck doing this so that you will continue! -
Does not work. No wind. I have divided areas on my map but absolutely nothing else.

As of 5 days ago, your app no longer worked on my iPhone 11. No models (wind, rain, satellite) covering North, Central or South America. Deleted app from my phone, went to the App Store, downloaded your “new version” (I guess). I’ve NEVER heard my phone make loud clicking & whirring sounds during downloading an app. WTH is up with that? And, found there’s really no way of emailing company with questions, looking for answers. Sounds like they don’t want a direct connection to customers. I’m a premium member. Seriously considering canceling prescription.

@Randall-Spires This is the most buggy release of software In my recent experience. Over the past week the forecast satellite feed has failed more times than not. It's so unpredictable I'm not even able to define what it is that produces a coherent forecast to display. Get it together or start issuing refunds.

I have used Windy.com for decades for work and otherwise. I live in Florida, changing the maps in peak hurricane season is not appreciated. You have removed the isobar lines!

We are really sorry about the lack of data in the last hours. It was our mistake, that is fixed now. Unfortunately, there was a failure on the end of one of servers that provides data for US users, also the monitoring failed so it takes time to find the cause and fix it. At this moment, we are taking precautions to prevent this from happening again.

the new bugs are great, much more impressive than the bugs that existed.
radar no longer supported on 2 of my devices, crashes data arrival when isobars are on in wind mode, many more.
why can't you people just leave a perfectly good app alone?
you are not alone though, it's a disease, programmers siting around with nothing to do trying to justify their existance

this is fantastic, I would love to see in a future update the ability to save multiple locations, and a more user friendly version of getting your current location. Great work though!

For a long time now you can save multiple locations.
Type the location name in the search bar and click on the heart to save it as a Favorite. . -
Love your app. please just make the digits in the widgets specially the lock screen widgets (on ios) bigger and more readable. they're really hard to read.

@Polina-Nozdrina best forecast app way better than others! Perfect for paragliding, always my planner for flights here in Brazil!
