      What data does Windy presently employ to identify lightning strikes?
      Windy asserts that it employs Blitzortung to identify lightning strikes; however, I recently observed a substantial discrepancy: the lightning strikes on Blitzortung were depicted in locations that were entirely different from those on Windy.
