Payment and Subscription issues

Hello I am facing issues with payment. Paid 4 times and money was deducted as well, but my yearly subscription is not yet approved. Kindly help and guide me on this matter. Also request the team to refund 3 extra payments.

Concerning the extra payments I think you’ll get a reply on Monday. -
I have tried the method as suggested by you but it didn't work. I am waiting for the payment refunds as well for 3 extra payments. Kindly guide regarding the same.
