Multiple graphic layers

It would be great to have multiple effect layers such as wind and swell graphics present at the same time. being able to turn on 2-3 or 4 would be helpful visually.

Theoretically it would be a nice feature. But if you superimpose 2 layers (wind and swell as you propose) you can't see anything anymore, and much worse with 3 layers. Even if the top layer is 50% transparent, it doesn't work.
The only solution is to superimpose graphic elements such as isolines or symbols such as windbarbs, wind animation… on a colored layer.
