      I have an existing Windy account, and just updated to the new windy app on my iPhone, both with the same email address. I also paid for the app through apple. on passwords not that my windy account and the windy.app have different passwords. an am unable to sign into my windy.app pro account on my iPhone. please contact me and correct.

        Windy.com and windy.app have nothing in common despite they have a similar name. They belong to different companies. So if you subscribed on windy.app (w/blue logo), it cannot work on windy.com (w/red logo), both in the browser version and in the mobile app. Here you are on the community forum of windy.com.
