Deleting navigation points is difficult

There is a very fine line to move the cursor over to the right to hit the delete button for the navigation points. Often, when I click to delete, the movement makes another navigation point that I then need to also delete. Magnifying the chart/map is no help, as the points remain the same size.
Small thing, but is needlessly annoying.
