Are you guys ever going to fix, or even admit that there is a problem, with the location finding portion of the app? This is one of the most important issues you need to address as it is a safety issue.

@robertwcass Hi there, at this moment, we are not able to replicate any issue with location on our devices with iOS or Android. So we cannot do much with this.

@Suty there are dozens of posts about the accuracy of location services on the app. It is so unfortunate that you guys play dumb about this issue. It makes me want to cry. You have a great product except for the critical issue of inaccurate location finding in the app. Please just acknowledge the issue and work on a solution. I have offered to help numerous times and you just pretend it is not an issue. Very, very disappointing

@robertwcass We are aware of the new issue with localization in our new Radar+ layer and colleagues will look into the whole feature, so hopefully, it will solve this issue as well, since it can be related.

@Suty Well finally you acknowledge there is problem with localization, but only in your “new Radar+ layer”? The complaints about location service and your app go back to 2018. Are you going to fix it or not. Google maps, iNavx, and PredictWind can all track my location accurately, why can’t Windy? The answer is you can if you want to. Why you don’t want to and feel the need to is beyond me.
