Hello,
I am a new user and thought I was getting all the benefits of a premium user; however, I gave recently discovered my lind forecasts are not updating as indicated.
I keep seeing the go premium for many of the options, so when I click on the option it states I have premium.
I am a hot air balloon pilot and would like to use this app during the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta in two weeks.
I have logged into the account but I don't appear to have any of the benefits of premium.
Would the IT team please look into this issue and advise.
