Same weather conditions over Nis during all summer.

It looks like same weather condition "stacked" over south Serbia during all summer. I tried on other devices, PC and same weather conditions are all the time.

What do you mean by "all summer" ?

I see, for example, over Nis for tomorrow,
partly cloudy in the morning becoming overcast with some rain in the afternoon.
