Cannot "fix" payment method

Hi, my subscription is going to run out soon and I keep getting a notification to fix my payment method. Whenever I click on the option it takes me to a list of my subscriptions on google play which is just an empty list. There is no windy subscription listed or option to add a payment method/resubscribe to windy
