Add marine stratus map

I'd like to suggest adding a Marine Stratus map for aviation. https://www.weather.gov/zoa/stratus

The various cloud products are not nearly as helpful for SF Bay folks as this forecast is - whether I can go take my flying lesson almost always depends on the marine layer, how high it is, and when it burns off.
