town names display priority

All maps on the internet works in a way, that big towns are visible first, smaller are visible only with more zoom. Windy select random towns to put label on a map, regardless their size making it orientation very difficult sometimes.

It would be extremely kind, if this bug/feature work in global standard way, BFSL (big first, smaller later)
