@Suty but before when this happen, the radar is still appearing. From the day i take a take screenshot, it only take yesterday. After that the radar is gone, only for the weather radar. The rest is still okay and appearing. So i think its was bug or something after update

@Suty still doesn't appearing. On my country now it coming to rainy season, so if it still doesn't work its bad.
So I will show evidence that previously the radar still worked and when it couldn't (it's possible that an error occurred during the update) with the date :

Hi @TatrakDung, Surabaya radar site (which covers Your area) is not providing data since 2024-09-26 6:24 UTC. You can check BMKG web directly.

@Filip_K oh i understand. So the data from bmkg ( as i have checked today ) it still not update. But have you tried to chat or waiting until it updates, because the weather radar its important now.

Yes, with radar data, we are completely depending on the provider (BMKG in case of Indonesia). There is not much we can do in this case. Thank You for contacting them. -

As written in my previous post, we cannot do anything where the data are not available.
