Satellite view North America not working!

Why isn't satellite view working for North America? I'm a Premium subscriber, I use, need it to function for Alaska, Mexico. It's not working on a Win 11 computer, Chrome or Firefox, and not working on a Win 10 computer, Chrome or Firefox, and not working in the Windy iPhone app. So it's nothing to do with my computer-browser configurations.
It's a great service, I'd pay more for it, but I need it to function!

Do they have a discord?
I see they have a facebook And twitter links at bottom of page!! -

Why no explanation from Windy administrators?? This is the 3rd day with no satellite images from North and South America!

@idefix37 Thanks! I've been using Windy for years, but never had a reason to try "windy community", until now.
