Make 1hour forecasted radar optional

I find that the 1hour forecasted radar prediction is a bit more annoying and inaccurate than good, and I'd love to see an option in the settings to have it be turned off. That, and having a button to reset the slider back to present time (it's hard trying to slide it to exactly present on mobile and sometimes desktop).
