Blank Widget
-
Same thing happening on my Galaxy S22 (Android 14), now and then in the last weeks, usually managed refreshing the widgets but today the Radar Widget stays blank with a
"Cannot load radar images" message. -
Same here since today on Samsung Galaxy A52S, A34 and an old Galaxy TAB A. Seems like a server problem for getting data for the widget. The rest of the App is working without any problems.
-
Same issue since Thursday both on phone and tablet. The app otherwise function normally, but the widget refuses to work.
-
Same issue here, mine has been blank now for roughly 12 hours. Deleted, and added it back - no luck.

@Skilium Hi, thank you for reporting this. I already forwarded the info to colleagues, so hopefully, there will be a soon solution.

The same problem.

Stejnej problém. -
The same problem on iPhone, iPad and MacBook Air.

Unfortunately, unavailable widget data for satellite and radar widgets are caused by an outage of satellite data on the end of the provider. Thank you for your patience with this matter.

@Suty
Thank you for the response. For me, radar widgets are working again flawlessly on all my phones.
BR.Maybe you have to "clear app cache" or "delete App data" to bring widgets back to work.
-
@cschon Hi, the fix was done on our end, however, we appreciate you checked that for us as well.

Hey @Suty ,
The problem still persists on my 11” iPad Pro (3rd gen) on iPadOS 18.0.1. And I have attempted both cache and entire app deletion with no resolution. What can be done to have these visuals appear in the widget?
EXTRA DETAILS:
Around the time of the iPadOS 18 update - including changes to the color scheme of my app icons - I began to have this issue. My issue, as shown in other user’s pictured above, the “radar widget” behaves like other iPad widgets, but the content of this radar widget is empty, and the metrics are all nullified and crammed into the center of the widget. This is also how the app appears in iPadOS widget selection menu.
To troubleshoot, I have attempted the iPadOS version of “clear app cache” by using the “offload app” storage setting. effectively retaining user data while removing all app data from my device. This didn’t work.
A second troubleshooting attempt, after restarting my iPad, was to delete the app, and reinstall it. No change.
Please advise!

@Wizurhd Could you please try to update your iPadOS to 18.1?
