It has been more than 2 days since the satellite images not supported in North and South Americas. The company need to be accountable for the issue. Silence is not a good answer for the customers.

Same here as well. I don't recall having this kind of outage on windy before lasting this long. What's up, it would be nice to get an update as to what is going on. It's Sunday evening @ 7pm....

Same around here, Satellite View is very helpful for us. We are a group of Pilots flying into Colombian Jungle between indigenous communities. Please Load again!! Thats a great tool!

Problem exists for both mobile and web. Radar+ shows only radar data.

@nikitatm absolutely. This may have been acceptable for the first 4 hours but I think we're entitled to an explanation at this point.
At first I thought it may have been one of the satellites was shot down but 30% of global coverage seems likely it's just failed system integration.
Is the western hemisphere server in the path of a hurricane and flooded out or what?

Same here. The satellite view is only available in a half portion of the Earth. The Americas don't have it.

                                        Screenshot 2024-09-30 080126.jpg

Screenshot just clipped from my Windows 11 Chrome extension from Ventusky clearly working and showing sources as GOES and METEOSAT, so this is clearly a fault at the Windy end. Over the years as a premium subscriber I have found that when there is a problem it's always some considerable time before it's fixed.

                                          Hi All,
For the last couple of days the satellite screen has been constantly stuck in a supposed loading loop, ie: the 3 white circular loading indicators just keep appearing. I am on Chrome(latest) and win 10 (latest update) and use Starlink , so it is not the connection. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Radar is fine as are everything else I have checked.
                                          Kind Regards,
                                          Gary

How long before you get the satellite images back? It's been many many days that it hasn't worked. Do we get a credit on our payment? What's taking so long to fix this?
